1. BASIC WEB DESIGN! We have designed a software program, which will provide a "boiler plate" web design. There is absolutely no cost or any need to provide any "intimate" details of any form. The software program for this has been designed and implemented. The benefit here is that businesses, which may not fully see the benefit of a web presence, can try it out with no risk. Even those who have a web presence elsewhere will be able to benefit from this system through a superior set of links and systems 2, 3, and 4 below. The benefit is that we will give additional web resources (ie. web sites) for your site to link to, and will provide more synergistic web opportunities for your web presence. We also link BACK to your web resources from the sites herein. This increases ratings, traffic, and effectiveness of the sites. Synergies are what make most groups effective.
2. WEB HOSTING!! We find that many companies can incur substantial cost of time and money hosting and maintaining a site. By using our free web system the web site goes "live" almost instantly. This removes the complicated transition between design and launch, and removes the ongoing cost to your members. I realized I was leasing far more space than I needed. By allowing a great number of web sites, I incur little to no extra cost. For this reason, we feel we can offer this to your members long-term at no charge.
3. PREFERENTIAL SEARCH ENGINE LISTING!! (CLICK TO REGISTER PAGE) After building my first web system I learned that building the web site/system whereas expensive was only 20% of the battle. In order to launch my first web venture I spent approximately $1000 in set-up and design, THEN the site required some $4000 in advertising to tell people where it was!!!! This came as a huge shock to me. A beautiful web site without a synergistic promotion program is almost useless.
4. CLASSIFIED ADS!! The ads are free, however if they wish to post photos or other "extras" there is a nominal charge.
5. FREE ADVERTISING on our web site!!! ALL of those who act early will be "featured" on our web site for free during the first year of operation.
6. BANNER AD CREATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND PRESENCE on our family of sites. The banners generated automatically rotate through key locations within our site for targeted advertising FOR YOU! No cost.
7. Open forum THREADED DISCUSSIONS ("tool-time"). We are developing systems that allow homeowners to post needs/concerns and the same system will allow service businesses to react directly to that customer's needs. This way your businesses become much more productive.
8. NOTIFICATION when local consumers are in search of specific services. Our clients select a "category" that their business falls under. They can then opt in to receive notification automatically when consumers desire their services.
9. We have a number of other systems in the works such as sports, news and chats, which we prefer that your members see first hand online. Please access our website at any time to test the services.

The above systems are set-up to reach people in your area and provide localized, personalized services. At this point you may wonder what is in it for our group??? This was built by a small group hoping to conduct some B2B (business to business) transactions.

We found that my business friends were spending more than $20,000 per year to advertise their services in the phone book alone!! Frankly, I could not justify this cost because I could not be guaranteed a return. Instead of spending my advertising money in this manner, I decided to invest in a system, save others money, and hopefully the synergies built will facilitate growth of my business. I am simply looking for a way to help more people. This system was developed with the help of my associates, while working on my Master's degree in Business Administration.
